Lease Terms
One-year lease
$250 security deposit
$150 lock/key deposit
One month's rent required as a deposit to hold the apartment (applied toward last month’s rent). ​

Social Security Number (if applicable)
Proof of income: two recent pay stubs, offer letter, or bank statements
Applicants must show a monthly household income of at least 3x the rent, or provide proof of equivalent income/assets
